Transparent Canvas

Selection Tool

Options set this tool to Circle

Left Click
hold and drag a circle

Click the
Fill Bucket tool

Click the top
styles and choose Paint and Color White

Click the
Canvas in the circle to fill it white

Click the
Magic Wand tool and click the Canvas outside of the
Circle

Click
Selections/Choose Invert
-
Click
Layers/Choose
New Raster Layer

Fill this
with your image (I used a tube image)

Click
Layers/Choose
New Raster Layer
-
Fill this
with a colorful background or image
-
Click
Effects/Gaussian Blur/and blur to your liking
-
Click
Eraser/Set to 0=Hardness 13=Opacity 35 approx.=Step Shape=Round and Size just
a little smaller than your circle.

Slowly drag
small circles inside the center of your circle, or where the area where you
want your image to show. You might have to let go and start again to get
the effect you want.

Click
Layers/New Raster Layer
-
Click Line
Tool and set to Bezier Curve (this is the reason I continue to use V.7.04)
Size 2
-
Click the top
Styles and set it to what you want your hook filler to
be
-
From top
right, left click hold and drag a line down to center top of
ornament
-
Left Click
Hold and drag the curve upwards and outwards to create the top of the
hook
-
Left Click
Hold and drag the bottom section of the hook.

Click
Layers/New Raster Layer
-
Drag a line
from one side to the other
-
Left Click
hold and drag a slight curve on one side then equal it on the other side when
clicking the second time.

Click
Layers/Convert to Raster Layer
-
Click
Edit/Copy
-
Click
Edit/Paste as a New Selection
-
Click
Image/Mirror
-
Click Mover
Tool and move it into place, making sure the ends are touching. (this should
create the top and bottom part of the bell)

Click Magic
Wand and click in the center of your hallow bell
-
Click
Selections/Modify/Expand by 1
-
Click
Layers/New Raster Layer
-
Click
Layers/Arrange/Move Down
-
Now Fill the
inside of your Bell
-
