Creating
a BinderPaper Background
Use as
Stationery or on Message Boards
First of all you
need an image to begin with or paint your own. The base image for this tut
is linked at the bottom of this tut. It contains the small image below
plus the long white area for text ready for your design, coloring and
lines...
this little
image is the base of your creation.
Decide your colors
and paint it whatever color you wish ... zoom in so you can get close to your
work. Try to stay within the colored areas.
remember you can
use opague to blend other areas to match. The darker pink area I didn't
use opague but on the left section I used the same pink color but used
opague.
Next you will
choose to create a line. I used the same color as the pink above.
You will want this setting on the lowest or smallest one. Use opague for
the line as well. If you have a problem with using opague with the
lines... try making the line and using eraser with an opague setting and
lightning it. Next photo enlarge for your viewing and the excess to the
right removed. Make the line from the far right into the left to the point
you want it to stop and note whether or not it appears to be straight. If
not you can click undo and go again.
