Animated
Text...Requested by Faith
I open PD3 and
prepare my graphic. This is a scan of a card... I used... Brightness
and Contrast.. cloning... trim ... size.... frame... the
works.
Save as
jpg
Open PSP7 open
graphic
Click File Save As
and save it as a psp file format
Close the graphic
you have opened.
Open the psp one
you just saved.
Click the A for
text in your tools.
Double click the
graphic to open the text box.
Type your
text.
under
Styles
you have
options
Stroke clicking
the pic opens more pics
Clicking the arrow
opens up more options... same thing with the fill below
that.
Click the arrow on
Stroke
Here you can
choose Gradients, Patterns etc for you text to show. I will use the
Gradient.
Then once chosen
double click the pic with Stroke to choose colors, directions
etc.
Click the drop
down menu on the Current Gradient to choose the one you want and the options on
it as far as amount of color direction etc lol... like
above.
Click OK and
OK
You now see the
text on your image
Click it and
position it.
Now that you have
it positioned. No more moving anything around so be sure its where you
want it.
Hold down Shift
and click D two times.
Now you have a
total of three copies.
Now double click one on the
text to open up the options just like above only this time you will choose a
different pattern or gradient. Follow the directions in Red
above.
Couble Click the text on the
Third pic and do the Red Text area above again.
You now have Three images
with the same text positioned in the same place with the text showing different
patterns or gradients on each.
Click File
Save As
Save it as a psp
file
Save
each
Your done in PSP7 and ready
to open Your Animation Program.
Open PSP7
Animation Program
Click the
Animation Wizard
Choose Same size
as the first frame
Click
Next
Choose
Transparent
Click
Next
Choose upper left
corner of the frame
Choose with the
preceding frames contents
Check Scale Frames
to fit
Click
Next
Choose Yes repeat
the animation indefinitly
How Long???
I am set on 20 for this ... the higher the number the slower the
animation.
Click
Next
Click Add
Image
Go get your files
Hold down the shift(if they are together if not hold down ctrl and choose the
psp files)
click the three
psp files
Click
Open
Click
Next
Click
Finish
Click View
Animation 
If your image is
flashing... check for extras in the strip they show... right click blanks and
choose cut... right click images without text ... right click cut... leaving
only the three images you have saved with the text.
Click View
Animation again to be sure its right.
Click
File
Choose Save
Name it and note
where your saving it to
Click
Save
Click
Next.. note the top is the best
quality.
Click
Next...
Click
Next...
Click
Finish
Your
done
