Welcome to the Wonderful World of Paint Shop Pro. I still use Version 7.04 so my tutorials are written using that version. Most of my tuts are compatible with other versions.
I love the simplicity of the Bezier Curve in PSP 7.04 which the other versions made differently. For this main reason is why I stay with this version.
I do have PSP 8 as well as Photo Shop, Photo Impact and many minor programs. But PSP is my favorite.
I do my best to teach in an easy to understand way. I have been teaching PSP for several years. My goal is to help you get total pleasure from your PSP program as well as teach you how to create your own images, improve quality, repair images and learn PSP program.
You can always look at the help files in psp and learn alot about your tools, areas, menus and even how to do things.

Beginners
I suggest starting at the top of the nav on the left side. Get to know your program, where things are located and what each one does. Try something simple.
One of the easiest tutorials I think I have written is the Simple Backgrounds. It is used by experienced users as well.
